Daybook - Diary (for scheduling)
Parentheses - Brackets ()

I'm presuming they're at the bottom of the pile so it's going to be a good 3 or 4 weeks before I hear anything now.

Thanks for your reply Rick, I spent the whole of last night in floods of tears because we queued up super early yesterday at the embassy, waited for hours, only to get turned away so we've had to...

Hi,

Yes there was a cover letter but just the standard one with several tick boxes about why your application got returned. All they ticked was that we did not include the family information...
