We had our baby on 01/30/02, we sent a fax to buffalo, after 2-3 weeks they send us that they want a copy of the baby's birth certificate, 65$ fee, 4 passport...

A friend of mine told me that he knows a lot of people that went to Canada to make landing for few days then never went to Canada again, they put their names on some friend's rent, opened a bank...
