Try different browsers if you're having trouble. I found Google worked best, with Firefox being the worst.

I paid at 4.30pm yesterday, uploaded proof at 6pm and was verified at 11.30pm. I'm number 150 and put it as GB-150 in bank and on Kompass.

Think it's 984 with their WTN, who all have 10 days to pay their fee and upload their proof.

I'm definitely going in to my bank, sent a small amount online to another account of mine to see what the receipt had on it and it doesn't have everything that they ask for, so, better to be safe...

I think that's for annual insurance which only covers you for trips in a calendar year, lasting up to 60 days each.
