Try different browsers if you're having trouble. I found Google worked best, with Firefox being the worst.

I paid at 4.30pm yesterday, uploaded proof at 6pm and was verified at 11.30pm. I'm number 150 and put it as GB-150 in bank and on Kompass.

Think it's 984 with their WTN, who all have 10 days to pay their fee and upload their proof.

I think that's for annual insurance which only covers you for trips in a calendar year, lasting up to 60 days each.
