This is true Bob....and as I have gone through the struggles of immigration over the years, and have listened to many many MANY American citizens complain about illegal immigrates, it is a good thing...

Unfortunately Pulaski I am in NC, and they now wont give you a drivers license with out proof, not even my marriage certificate., so I have to wait for my EAD or whatever you call it...

But I still have my very much in date English drivers license...that was my question, can I drive for the max vacation time of 90 days on it....apparently its a big fat NO!!!

As far as I can figure out the EAD is applied for at the same time as the "change of Statues" this brings a 3 month wait....:thumbdown: its very much a strain on the old brain cell.:eek:

Yes I am here legally....as per my attorney... I wonder if i could rent a car for a few days, hmmmmm so many questions, I just want to be able to go to Walmart :rofl:

I married a US citizen at the beginning of July, my H-1B ran out , with this my driving license also ran out...Until my marriage paper work is filed etc I cant drive...Now, I used to visit America...

I have overstayed my h1-b visa, by 4 weeks now for various reason...if I leave now what will the repercussions be ?
