Thanks MD - looks like I had better start filling out the form although having missed the deadline for submitting the 2013 form, I fear that if I submit it now I will be fined for submitting it late!

Thanks JAJ. If we sell all our stocks before moving to the USA, we will in fact make a capital LOSS. Care to guess on whether we will be able to carry forward this loss to offset against future US...

I am not a US citizen or tax resident. My wife is entitled to US citizenship and if she moves to the USA I will go with her of course so I will become tax resident there. I am not planning to sell...
