Has anyone set up a Canadian bank account prior to landing - is it possible? Would also be good to get a steer towards which bank to go with. Is there much difference between TD, Scotia, RBC….??

Any update on your end? We submitted in October and have just received an email confirmation that our file has been forwarded to London. Not sure if the processing time guidelines on the government...
