Our drivers licenses expire sometime this year, they were issued only for 2 years because we were on a work permit. With PR, drivers licenses are issued for 5 years. I 'm guessing the same thing goes...

I am just in the process of doing that and I am going with Scotiabank. They set up all the paperwork and pay any transfer fees(i was told this is about $75).

We are in Vancouver and it is just absolutely lovely.
We got our letter of approval on 21st August and purchased our tickets the same day. We were lucky to secure 4 seats for the 26th of August....
