yeah, have you seen how much 'BBC America' charges for British programs on dvd over here!!!

I guess they want to empty the pockets of north american fans rather than us brits who are just trying...

One thing you can do (which i did) is open up an HSBC account in the uk and then go into an HSBC branch in canada and ask to open up an account and say your an HSBC UK / London customer.

I can believe that you would be refused credit if you weren't a canadian landed immigrant or citizen as you wouldn't have a SIN number.
