One reason I like Christmas in Hungary is the snow. So English Christmas dinner for me with Hungarian weather, please :-)

Careful sending items subject to Customs and Excise by post. I had some fags posted to me recently and HMC&E nabbed them (even though they were tax paid in Hungary). Your Palinka might go the same...

The wife mainly cooks, and she cooks Hungarian style & English dishes.

I like English breakfasts and stews/casseroles, which translates in Hungary to .... English breakfasts and Goulash's/Pörkölt....

At our flat in Sopron, the water is drinkable but at the cottage between Sopron and Balf it's got a heavy iron content so has a brown tinge to it (the latter is from a well dug on the cottage's...
