ButWhy, if SSA apply the W.E.P. To your social security check, the reduction will be no more than 50% of your weekly U.K. Pension.

My concern would be that the dept of works and pensions would require you to have a minimum of 10/11 years NIC’s before being allowed to buy any more years.

Thanks for info re reporting, which seems to support completing Fatca and the other irs form at tax time.
