Will US TV work in Australia??

Hi,

We have a 56 inch Panasonic HDTV which we bought 6 months back. Will this TV work in Australia. As i have heard US is NTSC and Australia is PAL.

Ohh i guess its different from Embassy to Embassy. Coz we also got it done recently in Feb and as ours was Washington i guess it was different. Anyways good luck with meds/pcc.

When we got our medicals done the doc said he cant send the x-rays so we had to send it ourselves. So we made a big envelope ourselves and then sent the x-rays in that with our file number on...

If u have given the reference letters from all the companies including the closed companies i guess that should be enough. By husband gave the reference letters and never mentioned anywhere...

My husband's 2 previous companies are closed and we did not have any kind of verification...

Some of the case officers inform my email some of them dont. My case officer did not inform either medicals or our grant letter thru the email. we had to wait for the famous yellow envelope.

ours was visa 136 and after we sent out police certs it took 10days to grant the visa but we were not intimated by our case officer thru the email. So i was in the same as u are now....

My situation is similar to urs. My husband is in US for the past 4yrs and i joined him only last year. As i hadnt completed one year in USA i did not send any FBI or Police clearance...

We sent our application 1st week of december 2003 and got ack on 20th jan 2004. I guess there was a delay as it was Christmas..

We sent our x-rays thru Fedex.. they asked us to fill a custom clearance form and thats abt it.. we had no problems ... we got a confirmation that the x-rays were recd at DIMIA.. thru their tracking...
