Tipping point - that's the key point in my analysis.

Markets are all about confidence. If the market is not at tipping point, I agree, it will have no impact.

Taking away the LAHFA to 90,000 residents might be the start of the slow down to the housing price market. It may seem like a small number, but these people drive up house prices in the prosperous...

The Bill containing the LAFHA reforms has been referred to The House Economic Committee for review to ensure that the Bill doesn't have any major unintended consequences and meets its policy...

Why is it rightful that a resident or citizen should only get full benefits if I pay the same tax as you? I'd say it's more like discrimination.

People on PR get full benefits like schools, medicare, baby bonus, childcare rebate. Why would they be subsidised?

And similarly, why would temporary skilled workers want to live where they pay...

When you think of the impact of skilled workers coming into supliment the economy and the extra revenue generated, I wouldn't say it's that subtle. Again read the reports from the big 4 accountancy...
