Ok I have one more question and if this isn't possible I'm gonna accept I've got a 2yr wait.

Can I apply for a fiancee visa or the k1 or k3 visa then aos while over there?

If I go over in October on my vwp, get married can I then apply for aos and stay?

I've got an esta that was no problem.

At the moment he is applying for a duel citizenship as he doesn't wanna give up being a UK citizen.
