I put an online complaint to the office of ombudsmen and emailed the Minister of immigration letting him know that there seems to be worldwide confusion and people's futures are literally hanging in...

I think if we dont hear any positive news, I am going to complain to the office of the Ombudsmen. Not sure if they are quite the right people but it is where complain about NZ governement agencies so...

My application status is also 'Application Received' and Payment 'Received'

The client number on my error email is different to the one on my confirmation email....I guess we could hope for...
