Well, I'd ask for a contract (not emails) with terms and conditions and signed by the university, then signed by you.

This is the only way to get everything sorted out and you can always ask for...

I'm not sure about the basic salary, it seems to me you can get a way better contract based on your degree and your nationality, unless I am missing something here!

Thanks for that, but the employer has asked me to attest the certificate from Saudi Cultural Bureau in the UK not from the FCO, that's why I am confused, as it seems there are two ways of doing that!...
