I do-Im now in the process of applying for a new one but couldnt do that until the US embassy returned the old one. Once i have the new one they want to send it to them but that means i cant travel...

Anyone know how long AP can take? Week 51 now and starting to think is this is really worth it. I think in the UK it is alot easier to apply for WV as there seems to be a definitive timeline.

Now on week 50 so all of you complaining about waiting 20-26 weeks, i actually envy you! They have just sent me my now expired passport back so that i can apply for a new one and then sent that one...

I now actually envy you guys on here as the US embassy in Madrid have had my file since last may and passport returned to them since Early Feb-it has now expired and i am still waiting on a response!...

We have a 68 page PPM(Private Placement Memorandum) outline everything including the SPV and its function. This will submitted to the embassy. Its also available to any interested party.

This is exactly the plan although the principles will be pursuing a GC within 5 years.

I agree with you, but it worth noting that fund is fully operational and taking in money. This is no fly by operation that was dreamed up overnight; lot of people and large household names involved.

I would have said that as its a NIV then you would apply in the same way for the same type of waiver-212d3 or such.

The funding for the SPV comes from the main fund which based out of Gibraltar, that in turn is funded by investors. We do not solicit Americans due to SEC laws-we just make the investment in the US...
