Yes, that is correct. My lawyer who is based in New York recommended that route. I'll have to go through the whole biometrics, physical, etc. one again.

No. That would be wrong; It has crossed my mind though. I believe my country should not be within the GCC. So I should be fine -unless there are stipulations with other countries that I do not know...

Ah, yes. Thanks Rene for your continued responses. I did acquire the services of a Lawyer 5 years ago, back in 07. He was based in New York, and was familiar with section 13 for diplomats.

I based it on asylum - and yes, there is a motion to appeal. I've already googled for decent lawyers in the San Francisco...
