I might start being a pain in the backside and ask them to replace old for old. Find a scrapped scirocco 5 months old thats been in a head on so the panels I need are fine and replace them with...

To be honest because the dealer was sorting out the insurance I didnt do a great deal of research. I think there are a couple of options here but cant remember seeing any of the big global insurance...

Learnt that today. I took it up to the mitsubishi bodyshop on 18th Street in the industrial area as instructed. Argued like stink for a courtesy car but no joy. Spoke to QAC customer care...
