We live in Canada and watch the bbc and itv on our pc and ps3 through a VPN. Also get to watch all US tv. VPN for us is so easy and we get all UK content. From Berlin your connection will be better...

Internet is so expensive here in Ottawa compared to the UK. I have moved over to Teksavvy as they give you 300GB of download. TV over here is dissapointing to say the least. We watch all our TV off...
