Hi TA, Are you saying that new applicants can acquire (or request EV) directly from cities within Manitoba and not from Manitoba provincial government itself? :confused:

Nope. I was talking about the EV invitation we may receive after we send our application.

I sent mine in April 2012 and received reply in Aug 2012 stating that the resources are no longer...

I thought they're not currently accepting EV requests, then why is it that you're receiving replies from them? :(

Hi! I'm also from the Phils. but living abroad. Last year, I have tried to apply to the EV program but got a negative response from them as they have stopped this program temporarily. I am not sure...

I already received a refusal letter from them. The reason they stated was "the resources are no longer available for 2012".

I guess I should look...

Hi Gustekp, I think sending the MPNP-EV an individual email per attachment is not the best option...

Hi maple44, I think you should consider sending them another email with a bit smaller attachment size.

I have sent them thrice since they failed to receive the attachment due to big file size...
