Its another thing with me too... St Patricks Day. Don't understand it. I'm sure I'd be offended if I were Irish and over here. All the green, mocking of the accent etc.

TBH, I don't need a holiday...

I like saying the "C" word a lot more here than back home, funny that lol.

Does anyone really celebrate July 4th though? My American family doesn't even.

For the 5 years I've been living in Missouri... pretty good. People try and imitate the accent, and I just look at em as if to say "Are you broken?". Wife is used to it. But I get the usual questions...

I'm not actually working here. It took so long to get the ok to be allowed to work here. My past employment mostly deals in banking.
How can you go about looking for a place or job when you're not...
