I am happy to tell that I received my LOA yesterday. Feels gr888 !!! So It took less than 3 months for me. Letter was issued on 30th July.

@Lovely Clouds- Does your LOA tells you about the Canadian Embassy which will process your PR visa ? Is it embassy in New Delhi ?

For me (when applicable)- As per country of citizenship it should...

I had a nice interaction with Immigration Officer. I have invitation letter with me. I had a great time in Winnipeg. Manitobians are so nice people....
