When was your last full exam? American health insurance pays for one free full exam each year. If you just asked your doctor "will my insurance cover the DIMIA exam" its worth calling your insurance...

You may want to call your insurance company and ask. If you are working for an American company, and thus insured by an American insurer, you likely have only a "co-pay" to pay...
