Yeah, it struck me as a bit odd that some were reluctant to send someone out too. However, I found if you phoned the branch directly, or pestered them, they would do it.

Personally, I used to use the international plan from Skype. For a flat fee per month you could phone UK landlines (mobiles would cost so many cents a minute however). Depends on the phone you have...
