I am a UK Citizen applying for a program in the US.
I am here in the US right currently (on the Visa Waiver - 90 days)

How do i go about converting from being on the visa waiver to a F1 status ?...

If I get married to her, and then apply for her I-130.
Will she be able to get an F1 or H1B after that petition is filed ?

Or should that petition only be filed after she gets those two visas ?
