yes hubby checked his healthcare does cover my eldest until he reaches 26, he has no medical issues as such its mainly his mental disability, nevertheless, ive received some good advice from all...

thank you for your reply,my husband hasnt lived here since he was 4 years old, his father was in the military based over in uk that is why he has dual nationality, i will consult an attorney...

thank you, i was aware we had to obtain the visa's first, i cant believe it was an official that advised us to take him and do it that way if it is illegal!

ive tried to find out whether there is a provision for disabled children regardless of age but dont seemto be getting anywhere, i would have thought there would be a lot of families in a similar...
