I agree that IVP may be quicker in many cases. I have a bad feeling about I-485 cases piled up somewhere at the Service Centers and put on the pay no mind list because priority dates are not current....

Fact Sheet and Announcement came out today. Effective date is actually June 16, 2008 for premium processing of certain I-140s.
