Thanks chiefmissile, I honestly wish I could share your optimism. Usually people receive PPR first and then Decision Made. In my case the Decision Made not only appeared earlier but also immidiately...

Folks, after my Medical Results were recevied on 24th May, I got another Ecas update on 26th May. It now reads as follows

We received your application for permanent residence on November 29, 2012....

Folks just a quick update from my side. Today my Ecas status changed to "Medicals results have been received". What is the next step for me now? Please advise. Does this mean medicals were okay?

I paid a total of approximately CAD 200 for two adults and one child of 12 years age. I guess it must be cheaper than your country.

I finally got my Medical Request from Colombo office today. They have also asked me for depositing the RPRF fee at the New Delhi office and send them (Colombo Office) the reciept.
