Make it simple, after your landing, you can stay outside of Canada for at most 3 years in order to keey your PR status.

I send my passport to Buffalo like 4 month ago, and Buffalo stamped it and returned it to my attoney a week later, but my attoney never receive it. now I faxed to Buffalo and tell them my passport...

And Buffalo send my passport back to me on Dec 11,2003, but until now, I haven't...

it's been more than 6 weeks now.

My attoney told me that she got a few other clients who mailed their passports around the...

I won't say it's complete until I got my passport back with the visa stamp on it.

Feb 2002 apply
March 2003 interview waived
Nov 2003 Medical exam
Dec 2003 passport request.
