When you say future earnings, do you mean that if he's promised a job but hasn't earned from it yet then that wouldn't be allowed? Would he have to go over there and start earning first?

It shows he'd need to earn $23,162 per year to support us, and he didn't seem shocked by that and said it would probably be do-able. Lets hope!! We've asked his brother whether it would be possible...
