yup, if you can't get a job here with a sponsor then go the marriage route...fiance, K1 will get you here quicker than marriage then K3 and give you 3 months before you MUST get married in case...

i don't get it? isn't the EAD to prove that you have authorization to work in the US, and technically by working for the british company and getting paid by them over there she wouldn't technically...

when i went through this with my husband he received his EAD before the AP. actually, he never got the AP. can you "work from home" for the England job so you can log into a computer here to do...

When someone is removed is there a form they get that states it? Like we get notices for interviews and forms for EAD, etc. is there a form number or something that indicates in writing that...
