Any ONE item? I thought the $10,000 was in total. So you could bring a shipping container with an unlimited collective amount and not pay tax?

If I buy a car in Ontario I understand I must register it in 6 days and I must have insurance to register it.

I am a little confused about the plate belonging to the driver and not the car thing....
