This is where it gets a little complicated. The owner is Iraqi born but now british citizen and lives and works from the UK.

The Head office is based in Jordan and i have registered the company...

MH, You can indeed as stated previously set up a free zone company in the Fujairah freezone area with a company called Creative Zone.

You make up a company name, activity of company e.g. marking...

Legal advice needed... Employment termination and severance pay

The company i worked for have had to lay me off and paid my salary up to the end of that working month. But they are also due to pay me 1 month severance pay which they are now disputing even though...

Thanks for your input Bahtatboy, A friend has registered her company with one of these agents and she has said it has just been a nightmare from start to finish.

Indeed they do all the dog work...

The agreement was entered on the 1st September and ending on the 1st november. A total of 61 one days.

Once bookings are confirmed you are instructed to make payment immediately if check in date...

i found them on a website called dubaiapartments.biz and the agency is Mangrove llc.

I have been with them the last 4 months at 2 different apartments, i have been pretty good and honest with...

Thank you Mogs, it is them who want to take me and it is an apartment you rent by the day and not the year. I think in the long run it will cost them more to take me but i certainly do not want to...

Thank you Busybee2 for your reply, only i have not entered into a contract and have completed my contract with them.

The request for a further 3 months was only via an email and no knew agreement...

I have had to cancel a verbal agreement with my rental agency in Dubai due to lack of funding from the company i am currently working for.

The contract has been signed for a total of 61 days...
