The secure credit card was pretty easy to get, I just went online and completed the form. You should get this within 7 business days...

I think we would need to borrow around $250K and could put down around 20%-40%.

We are both familiar with the area. I have been here for 4 years (on and off) and would like to settle here.

We started trying to build a credit history about 3-4 months ago by adding me as an authorized user on her cards and I have just got a secured credit card from BoA...
