We have also just returned to the UK today after our handover in RB 5 again there were a few snags all pretty much cosmetic and these are in the system for sorting, then engineers and staff...

Surely if we don't pay which is tempting we are in default of contract and they keep the apartments + the monies already paid? Any comments anyone?:
