My in-laws are planning to come to US on a tourist visa. I don't know if they would get a visa with multiple entries.

During which stage is it fine to submit IELTS scores?

When I applied(back in Dec 2001) IELTS was not needed but it is now.
I understand that the scores are valid for only one year from the date...

If you look in the Indian Passport, there is a caution on the last page that says
"Passport should not be sent out of any country by post"
I don't have any idea why they have this rule.
