Have not really decided when to make permanent move to Canada. Work is not an issue. Just looking for a nice smallish town but not too far from Toronto. Not sure whether landlords there are...

Dog is smallish sized mix breed (looks like a shiba inu). Long lease eg 1-2years. Looking for rental home in smaller community 1-2 hours outside of Toronto. Family (me, my wife and 3 kids).

I did not receive any "90-day letter". As mentioned earlier, my IA letter came in Mar 2006 informing to expect medical in 2007.
