Actually I am a non-EU national, from Pakistan. I was on a work permit in Spain so had NIE for 2 years, then moved to Canada like a intra company transferee....

Hi

I have sent my certified copy of passport and 790 form but did not recieve the police certificate. Seems like the postal method is only for spanish nationals. I got back the application form...
