Thank you for the response.

You are correct, it was a 2 year greencard - I already have the extension letter "I-751 RECEIPT NOTICE" in hand. So I guess this along with my passport...

Apologies for the confusion - I was confused at first as NVC referred to Affidavit of Support as AOS and to me, 'AOS' is Adjustment of Status ...

My wife is looking to submit the AOS as she is the USC in this scenario. We have just paid the $88 AOS fee and as far as I am aware - we can now process this document.

Hi,

Quick Question:

Do the NVC make formal contact with the sponsor's listed employer? Or do they accept the previous tax return details as being suffice to confirm the employment?
