If your wife is a nurse, first of all make sure she gets registered with Ahpra. Then get in contact with a nursing agency or a hospital who will sponsor her and yourself, I am sponsored on a 457 visa...

Yes that sounds good, the bond will be less if you live with other people too. Bondi is where a lot of young people live, there is a train to the city from bondi junction.
