Yep, I've got all sorts. Middle School records, high school records, pay stubs, etc. Proving that I lived there shouldn't be a problem.

I was hoping I could get some advice as you guys seem to know a lot about this stuff. I've tried the US embassy but they just say fill in the forms, make an appointment and see. This isn't practical...

I best get them passports before I go again then! No one at immigration has batted an eye lid before though. I was once asked why I hadn't got them passports, told the guy I just hadn't bothered yet,...
