Hi thanks but obviously if we are living there we get my husband's pension monthly in stirling.

Whilst I realise we can take money into a bank and change it - we do not want to travel to Northern...

Sorry, missed out the word "not" from the above entry. We will therefore not be claiming any benefits and are not moving to Ireland to 'scrounge' of the state! We would be glad of any advice anyone...
