So what should I be going on. Issue date was August 3rd this year. Expiry is August 3rd 2013, will I have to attend another interview etc before this date?e

Not that I noted. Just looks like a standard visa - although I have noted it is only for 2 years and not 4 like my uni course is, is this normal? :confused:

I certainly hope so - perhaps I got lucky this time without the need for a waiver etc.

I had to pay for the courier so I'm assuming its on its way once the processing is complete.

Okay, so I had my interview Monday and was really nervous-I was there for about 2 hours and when I got to the consulate officer she interviewed me and scrutinised my answers but I think it went well...

Basically I worked in a shop - and took £170 over the course of 2 weeks on 2 seperate dates...so i don't know how this fares...

With regards to an attorney I have considered it, but am not 100%...

Okay so just to clarify regardless of the fact I was tried as a juvenile and only received a fine I still have little chance of gainiing a visa and if I do it certainly has to be with a waiver?

Also I have noted somewhere that the prison sentance could have been 6 months...surely that comes under the CIMT exclusion too?
