If you paid for "premium" I think it says you have 24 hours to do so on the link where you get your return instructions.

Actually, I spoke to the guy about it and he said they don't do 6 month ones anymore. So don't fret :)

Previous 6 month single entry and then 2 x 1 year multiple entry.

I am currently sat in the hell hole which is the US embassy to go through the process for the 4th time. EXACTLY the same process again..... Of course, it takes 6 months to deal with it even though...
