I am not sure what he means by 'settlement' - but yes I am not going to try with visa-box - will go onto that site or contact the PE office because visa-box don't seem toooo legit and veeerrryyy...

Hi there, no, unfortunately my mom was born in the then known Rhodesia but she left and I was born here in RSA. My stepdad - married to my mom, is British by birth.
