I misread it - it's $211 for every hour or part hour and for each member of staff up to $1502 for any 24 hour period - yikes! Have phoned my local consular office and they said they would rather that...

Cost is $146 for ETD. If you use the service 'out of hours' they tag $211 on top of it. I'm looking at getting one right now since it doesn't look like my passport will come in time....

Flew into Charlotte many times, the first couple of times they were unpleasant. Was held by immigration second time I flew, they told me they were going to send me back, looked at me for what seemed...

Did they send the UPS tracking number by e-mail? Something else to look out for....
