Lara your story is the very same story as mine! Right down to the NVC misspell of my fiancé’s name.!!

OPPS... I should have said - Because we JUST DID TOO! At first I was sooo happy!" Now I worry because no BCIS NOA2 even though NVC (not VCS) letter says it will be sent to the embassy in one week....

I think they look for felon convictions and warrants but unpaid taxes...that I am not sure about. Even if they did I don't know if this is a reason they could use to deny...

I think this is an annual audit because they did this for the past 3 years also. It is even called the Annual SWIP Audit.

Yeah send in a certified "stamped" divorce decree. It is like a $10-20 fix. You get it at the place your divorce was filed.

I don't know.... Vermont claims now they work on I-129F from 9-18-03!!!

What about those from last month? NO RFE and NO NOA2.

The Customer service # was called and they claim it will be 60...

We have been waiting for our NOA2 since late August. While BCIS online says it will take only 30-45 days. It is now past this time. I know other centers it takes even more time but...
