I was only 119 when i came here and put of 20lbs after three months :( ..Walking is my only exercise..and i am still on the same weight :(

How about SSN or EAD, i didnt get one of them yet... and one more thing.. when can i apply for AOS? i was arrived here last dec 05, 2003..can i file AOS on next year?maybe after 4 months or so?..

You can file I-130 only but have to wait 1 to 2 yrs before the approval, once you get approve you will have a greencard automatically. No need to adjust your status with I-130, you also have an SSN...
