We used Ian Harrop as our agent, I cannot fault him very helpfull. Sent all completed paperwork etc to him at the end of Jan 2011 and recieved acknowledgement of the application from DIAC on the 9th...

Thanks, yes we used Ian Harrop to do the application. But money well spent I think. Was initialy told to expect approx 8 + months as a time frame. Was prepared to go and take him on a tourist visa...

Our is a later model that Holden did not sell in Australia. Ours has a timing belt set up. I know the 2.2 ltr engine well mainly from the vectra's over here and yes it is a common issue....
