FINALLY!!!! Got my passport in the mail today.

12 weeks later. Here's the timeline:

SENT = 23rd March
RECEIVED = 24th March
PAYMENT = 15th April
CARELINE CALL = 10th June
PASSPORT RECEIVED...

Yup, 1p for every hour they keep you waiting on that call back haha.

I called them on Friday morning at 11.30am. It's Monday 7.40am and I still haven't had an email or call from them. Only 4 hours...

The fact that you waited 11 weeks from processing to receiving them is very worrying. They've had mine for 11 weeks all together but only 8 weeks since processing began. That means another possible 3...
